Until finally the latest chapter which was released just a few days ago, which shows naruto as if he will really die.

It’s unknown, but naruto isn’t a tragedy anime so, if the main character we’ve loved for years died, almost all it’s viewers would stop watching/reading it, but if it turns out to be true then sasuke would be dead too as (knowing sasuke) he would go on a full blown rage and try and get revenge for naruto.
