The “b group” is primarily composed of people who believe kakashi can kamui hashirama, itachi can push the gokage to high difficulty, 7g gai is juubidara level, kcm naruto can solo the akatsuki, bee would defeat several sets of gokage by himself, a3 is founder level, shukaku is edo madara level, or kisame is stronger than bm naruto.

In my humble opinion, the main problem about naruto is not being overrated/underrated, rather it's about it being hated/wanked. In my opinion, yes they are overrated. Overrated is obviously minato or itachi.
